Metafiction is an interesting subject. Its very impressive when an author can pull it off well, for it can add allot of meaning to the story as well as cause the reader to reflect on his or her life. Thus creating true literature. Also, great job relating the stories in the first questions! I especially like your comment about the characters spent much time trying to escape reality in books.
